Guests are welcome to pick any ripe fruit directly from the trees.
Adjacent to the pool is a private outdoor shower running hot and cold water. The bathrooms in the main house conveniently open out to the outdoor space.
The house boasts a private casita with a fold-out twin sleeper sofa (ideal for working, napping or a pool changing room) complete with a convenient half bathroom that opens out to the outdoor shower. This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
