In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city’s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool heat is recommended October thru May. Additionally, you will have access to heat the above ground hot tub to 102 degrees at no additional cost.

From booking to check out and lastly leaving, the responsiveness of the Poolside team was second to none. No question was left unanswered, and met with a friendly and accommodating response.

We had a wonderful stay, at a very well appointed home. The home has everything you need in and outdoors, alongside a pool that is a perfect spot to relax from sun up to sundown. The kitchen is stocked with all supplies, ensuring you have a home away from home. If you want to enjoy the sights the location is central enough to experience Palm Springs whenever you are craving an adventure. Will definitely be back!

The Poolside team was very communicative and even brought by a sweet treat for us.

We stayed here for only 3 days and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is lovely, the pool was a hit with the kids and the backyard is impeccable including the views! We would absolutely recommend this place for a family vacation.
