This very private, completely walled, and gated property will make you feel like you’re staying at your own mini resort. It’s all here for you to experience; including the refreshing pool with integrated spa that’s surrounded by gorgeous mature landscaping and mountain views.
There's plenty of outdoor seating, both poolside and in the shade. Inside the home, your guests can enjoy board games while still enjoying the backyard pool views through the large sliding glass doors. Central air conditioning, light walls, wood flooring with mixed in tile flooring ensures that the desert heat stays outside.
The full kitchen features a French door refrigerator, large & small appliances, expansive countertops, and plenty of cabinet storage space to put everything away.
Both bedrooms are comfortably outfitted and located on opposite side of the house to ensure one receives a restful night’s sleep after playing out in the sun all day. The primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart tv, can lights, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a King size bed, smart tv, and it's own ensuite bathroom.
Off the living room there's a bonus room that features a twin size day bed, the perfect spot of a little one to enjoy some privacy. This room also includes it's own ensuite bathroom.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

As well, Poolside checked in on us the next day with even more snacks and Danishes for breakfast. I contacted them with a few small questions/issues and they sent someone out within the hour to take care of it. I will definitely rent one of their properties on my next visit to Palm Springs!

The house was beautifully furnished and immaculate. Pictures do not do it justice...furnishings and appliances looked brand new and modern. Pool area was beautiful and every room in the house was comfortable and stylish. The whole house was much more spacious than expected and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Landscaping was gorgeous and contributed to the private feeling of the home. The pool was a good size, and around 5.5 feet deep, with an attached hot tub/waterfall. It was such a treat, after a long drive through the desert, to arrive to a basket of snacks and a fridge full of cold bottled water!

Old Blue Eyes was an amazing stay!! The pictures dont even do the place justice, it is so spacious and a perfect space to have a home away from home. The pool and spa were perfectly heated, the kitchen and everything was fully stocked.

We had the BEST time at "Old Blue Eyes" and have already recommended it to others! The place was excellent, exactly as described and just what we wanted in our vacation. The pool/hot tub are wonderful (we did pay to heat in mid-March, worth it) and the entire backyard area was just lovely, firepit was added bonus on a chilly night! Everything was clean and felt comfortable for our family of 3 to stay there. There's a good chance we'll be back soon!!

We spent Thanksgiving at this house and it was perfect. The house was just like the photos - beautifully decorated, lovely furniture, and an amazing pool. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The pool and spa were also very clean and we used them both every day of our week long stay. The house is well located, just 5 minutes from PSP airport, walkable to some shops (definitely take the short walk to townie bagels one morning, they're delicious) and minutes away from downtown. This place blew us away and we really hope to be back in the future!

These guys know whats up! The Poolside team left cold bottled water and snacks and even dropped off some additional bakery snacks for us.

The house was greatkitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need from cups and plates to crockpots and kettles to toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and detergent. The latter were only a starter set but the two of us for a week didnt need to buy anything but food and beverage. Check-in was easily done through a door code and check-out was a breeze with minimal cleaning requirements on our part. The pool, spa, and outdoor shower were a treat and very private. The location is fantastic and you could easily walk to Townie Bagels and some local antique stores on a nice morning/evening. Were already looking for next year!

The house was everything we hoped and thought it would be based on the description we read. Cute little courtyard welcomed us to the front of the house. Upon entering the house we were immediately in love with the mid-century decor and furniture with plenty of seating and a well appointed kitchen with pretty much everything we needed available to us. Dining area had a large table with plenty of seating and the two well designed bedrooms with each having their own bathroom was a real treat. Having a third bathroom in the 3rd room, which can be used as a bedroom, was a real treat.The pool and spa area were wonderful as was the dining, firepit and bbq area. We did a bbq our last night there and it worked perfectly. Utilized the pool everyday, afternoon and evening swims were a daily occurrence.
