In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Really great house. Layout is so nice for groups - lots of communal space. The main bedroom is super large. The pool/hot tub/yard is really perfect. Also, couldnt be in a better location for Coachella - took 10 minutes to get home every night.

We stayed here while attending the BNP Paribas Open - great location very close to the tennis garden. The house itself is a big space in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place was as described and we enjoyed the game room in the garage.

Great vacation home in great Indian Wells location. Clean, very spacious and great for entertaining a large group. Loved the extra touches such as pool table in garage with TV, fireplace in backyard, and pool chairs in the perfect spot catching hours of sunlight. We heated the jacuzzi and kept the pool cold making for a great semi-cold plunge. Fully stocked home, cozy, makes you feel right at home. Would definitely come back.

Excellent house in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful interiors and exterior. Amazing paintings and decorations inside the house. Backyard and outdoor seating is breathtaking, great landscaping. Pool is amazing with floats and spa. Pool can be entered from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Extremely clean water at a good temperature. Clean, spacious and comfortable house, good location with nearby grocery stores. Absolutely a delightful stay- arcade game table, pool table, dart game all huge hit with children and adults alike. Easy driving, perfect location for Indian Wells tennis.
