The majestic views await your arrival to Regal Palm Springs - a midcentury, Alexander-built gem in the highly desirable Vista Las Palmas neighborhood tucked back against the mountains, just blocks away from Downtown Palm Springs and the Uptown Design District. This newly reimagined and updated home features interiors by Christopher Kennedy and artwork from noted local artist, Shawn Savage. Sleek in design and furnishings, Regal offers a glimpse into the City’s renowned architectural past with ultra-modern comforts and conveniences.
From the fully fenced and gated back yard, you’ll enjoy the rooftop and wire-free views to the South & West of the San Jacinto Mountains including the Dry Falls.
Regal is divided into a main house, a detached casita, and two car garage with a laundry room. You enter the property through the breezeway courtyard gate with the main house to the left and the private casita and garage to the right. From the custom glass door entry, you can also walk straight back in the rear yard and hop right into the pool!
Classic Midcentury features abound throughout the property including the use of breeze block and cinder block both inside and out, clerestory windows in the bedrooms and main living spaces, original vaulted, tongue and groove ceilings to name a few.
Step inside the entryway to the main house and you can immediately proceed to the two guest bedrooms, shared hall bath and the Primary suite that all sit to the front of the property. To the right of the entryway lies the beautifully upgraded gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, lots of built-in storage and cabinets, breakfast bar with seating, and additional wine refrigerator.
The open floor plan allows you to go from the kitchen to casual dining area and on into the main living room with a natural gas fireplace and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling sliders that let in all of that sunlight with pool and mountain views.
Each guest bedroom in the main house, including the master suite, enjoy private patios with outdoor showers and natural gas fire features. The bedrooms all have ample storage and smart TVs. The guest bedrooms share beautiful glass walled hall bath with shower and pedestal sink.
The Primary suite enjoys a dual sink and a unique indoor/outdoor shower and tub area in addition to its private patio. Full bath and pool towel sets are provided as well as custom bedspreads and fine linens. To the back of the garage and laundry area, the full one-bedroom ensuite casita offer a privacy, a large walk-in closet, large Smart TV and its own individual Keurig.
The back yard speaks for itself with a sparkling, newly pebbled lap pool, multiples eating and lounging areas, a cozy hammock, and a custom BBQ island with bar style seating and natural gas fire feature that runs the length of the dining counter.
Vista Las Palmas is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. It’s sometimes referred to as the ‘Beverly Hills’ of Palm Springs. This very affluent neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history.
Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:
This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees.
