Each of the three dedicated bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, smart televisions, ceiling fans, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed and a spa like en-suite bath with direct access to the pool. The two dedicated guest rooms are located outside the Primary and share the gorgeous hallway bathroom.
Located on a quiet residential street in the Sunrise Park neighborhood you'll be a just a short 1.5 mile drive from downtown Palm Springs and all the restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, the casino, convention center, cabarets, and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional saltwater pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

The House of Joy was a great place for our family to enjoy a week of relaxing. We have 3 little kids, so having the pool, hot tub, hammock and mini golf provided a great space for everyone to relax and play at the same time. The kitchen setup was great for cooking most days and we biked around the neighborhood.

This home was just as pictured. Proximity to downtown was great and was an easy bike ride. We loved having use of the bicycles and the pool/hot tub situation was perfect that midday heat. Yard was spacious. Decor was nice and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking and was large enough that we weren't in each other's way. We arrived to a sizeable basket of snacks and were surprised on our second day with a bag of treats at the front door. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

This home was one of the best Airbnb stays myself and my group have had so far.The house itself was just as great! The home was spotless and well stocked with everything we could have needed. The couch and beds were comfy and the backyard was the perfect spot to hang out. Overall we all had a great time and would be happy to stay here again!

Location is a 4 min drive to downtown. Father in law was in love with the 9 hole putting green even though I kicked his butt! The pool was perfect and a beautiful centerpiece for the back yard. Lovely place!! Will be back soon!
