Gorgeous home! Property was clean - inside and out - and was the perfect spot for our group for the weekend! Also very quick Uber rides to downtown Palm Springs, likely couldve walked if we wanted.

Six of us descended on Palm Springs for a birthday celebration and this house did not dissapoint. The pictures actually dont do it justice. Spacious, bright, clean, and very well stocked. I brought a ton of kitchen items as we planned some cook outs and the like and we hadnt needed to bring a thing. The location cant be beatsuper close to the action in downtown, but removed enough for us to have peace and privacy as we enjoyed pool days and the spectacular mountain views around the fire pit. What a great time and what a beautiful place. Thank you!

Stayed at this beautiful home with a group of friends and oh my did we enjoy it! The pictures on this listing although accurate do not do it justice. The home was impeccable, we truly felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. We travel a lot and have stayed at many homes around the world and this was by far the best! We will definitely be staying at this home again.

This house was amazing!! We loved it. We came with our three kids (two toddlers and a baby) and three other adults and it was perfect. The outside and pool area were so nice. The location was great- quick into Palm Springs and close to restaurants and bars. The street was really quiet and peaceful. The pool was everyones favorite part. The house was super spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great- had tons of (nice) plastic dishes, etc. which was perfect for the outside and kids. The house in general had everything we needed, and was super clean. We cant wait to go back!

This was a great place; our whole group loved the house itself, and the walkable location to town. People came and went during the week so even getting to and from the airport was super easy. And when we just kicked back and enjoyed the backyard it was heaven!

This is a beautiful home with style and a great layout. Its very clean and well maintained and everything still felt fresh not worn out. The backyard is large with a beautiful pool and a hot tub and well appointed with deck chairs, ample seating, and other amenities. Great attention to detail and nice extras that show that they really care. This was one of the best rentals Ive had in Palm Springs. I would definitely go back!

Movie Colony Gem My family of adult children and partners/spouses stayed for a week during Thanksgiving. This house is amazing and received rave reviews from everyone ages 24-59. It is in an awesome location - walking distance to Palm Canyon Drive where daily acai bowls and yoga on the roof were enjoyed by the 20-somethings. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to a park with tennis courts and a wellness path. The house itself is outfitted better than any rental home I've stayed in. From a mandoline in the kitchen (!!) sharp knives and any kind of serving dish you can imagine (which was key for Thanksgiving) to games, pool toys and floats, a putting green with putters, comfortable beds and plenty of space and privacy I don't think we could have asked for anything more. Well, except a longer vacation. I think we are going to book again, it was truly a special stay in a lovely home!

The house was awesome. Lots of pool floats and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need- even cute ice trays for making cute ice! TVs in every bedroom (in case you wanted one.) Location was walking distance to brunch spots and shopping. Loved this place. Would rent from this group again!

Great place with many bedrooms and bathrooms! Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Great pool/spa with plenty of towels and seating. Great location 0.4 miles from convention center (we were there for conference) and downtown.

The place was ideal for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. We opted for the heating option for the pool and spa and were glad we did. The location is a few mins from the main strip. Would def revisit.

There is no catch, this property is fabulous! If it meets your needs, stop your research and book it immediately. If it isn't available or doesn't quite meet your needs, check out the other listings from Team Poolside. Their communication is excellent, and service is exceptional. The house is as adorable and clean as it looks in the pictures. Whomever put together the decor did a fantastic job. Beyond the cool aesthetics, I am not sure that we have ever rented a property that was so well stocked - plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, wine glasses of all types, serveware, towels, pool towels, etc. There were even enough pool loungers for the number of guests allowed on the property as well as enough seating at both the indoor and outdoor dining tables. Team Poolside clearly knows what they are doing because the attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay was impeccable. We had a couple of hiccups, but this is a new property so there are bound to be minor issues uncovered as the property is now being used by renters. That aside, it is a house, so we expect things can and often do come up with property rentals. The team handled everything beautifully. I only bring up the minor issues to highlight how perfectly things were handled when brought to their attention. There was an intermittent sewage/sulfur smell in the bathrooms that was especially noticeable in the casita bathroom which hopefully can be fixed/treated. That said, some of our group got a waft of that same sewage type of smell outside of Copley's (excellent experience at that restaurant BTW). So we are not sure if it is a desert sewer system smell that comes and goes or a problem that needs to be fixed. I have no doubt that if it is a fixable issue, Team Poolside is working to diagnose and fix the problem. We would still rent the property in a heartbeat so don't let this minor, albeit slightly smelly issue keep you from pressing the reserve button right now. Sound does travel in this house due to the layout. If you are a light sleeper and/or have loud talkers, bring some earplugs, put on a sound machine, or wear your headphones. This is just an FYI. It is definitely not a reason to not to rent this property. Plus, you're almost certainly going to have the same "issue" in other mid-mod rentals. Everyone in our group absolutely loved this house. Most of us tend to have an eye for let's call it optimization, seeing what could be made better (re: we're not the easiest to please). There is nothing that we saw which could be improved upon (maybe a slightly larger coffee maker(??) but there is also a french press and an electric tea kettle and a blender and a wine fridge and and and...). Five stars for the house.
