The primary bedroom features king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, a walk-in shower, deep soaker tub, and a private water closet.
The two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and provide separation and privacy for all. These two rooms feature queen size bed, television, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom is configured with a shower/tub combination. There’s also a powder room located off the game room.
Lush landscaping creates a serene and very private setting in the backyard. Take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub. Chaise lounges invite you to soak up the sun.
Gather around the gas fire pit for casual conversation or s’mores with the little ones. The covered patio features ambient light strings that provide the perfect atmosphere for gathering around and sharing stories. Grill tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for four, while another two can sit at the barbeque island while watching the big game on the outdoor television.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Such a great stay for our small family get together. Plenty of golf. Bonus, last night we had an early 5 pm dinner at Trios. Outside seating with my daughters dog. We had a front row to the Holiday of Lights parade, that we had no idea it was taking place. It was Great!

Check in was super easy and Team Poolside were simply amazing! With a warm, welcoming, and friendly voice. We were welcomed with a basket filled with great snacks (my grandson was happy). The next day we were treated to pastries, a beautiful gesture. A minor issue but on-site manager responded quickly. No negatives!

This house was exactly as advertised. Great for a couples getaway or having a weekend with friends & family. Very easy drive to restaurants, coffee shops & stores. The pool & jacuzzi worked great and having the outdoor bar / grill / TV made the backyard an extremely relaxing venue. The inside of the house was clean, and the 80s retro arcade game (60 games) was a fun little activity for a break from the sun. We plan on booking this property again next year and bringing some family along.

Communication with Team Poolside throughout our booking and stay was excellent and they dropped off muffins our second day which was a very nice touch.

Terrific home! Very well stocked with supplies, has nice cookware, dishware, outdoor dishes, etc. We cooked most meals there as a result and the large kitchen was a super fun hangout for all of us. The master bedroom is a very spacious with a lovely jacuzzi tub. Fruit trees on the property provide fresh key limes and lemons which was fun. Quiet, relaxing time all around, we'll definitely be back. You have to pay to have pool/jacuzzi heated but we used the pool which was still warm enough to enjoy.
