Beautiful property. Very convenient location, wonderfully updated and maintained and very clean. My husband and I stayed with two very young children and it was perfect! The kitchen is very well appointed, it is wonderful having laundry on site. The kids loved the pool of course and the hot tub is also lovely. Fire pit and indoor fireplace were also incredible. We ordered groceries delivered when we got there which was great. We cannot wait to come back.

What an amazing house that really represents the best of Palm Springs. The house is well kept and maintained and the amenities such as the pool and fire pit are superb. We used both the pool and fire pit daily and it started and ended our day in the most relaxing of ways. The kitchen is also fully prepped with everything you need to serve a great dinner, or cocktail. I was a little nervous being close to the airport but heard nothing the entire trip and you would never even know it. A great neighborhood for walks and runs thats also well maintained and quiet. Downtown is also easy to get to and we never had an issue parking. I definitely recommend this house and look to be a repeat customer soon. Lastly I have to say Poolside Vacation Rentals was amazing and one of the most responsive and attentive hosts you can ask for making everything seamless.

Any questions we had were quickly answered by Christie, which was appreciated.

What a gem! When visiting Palm Springs, this is the place to enjoy the mid-century vibe, but with all the up-to-date amenities one expects today. A well-stocked kitchen, a clean house, a backyard full of fun filled options, and even a 60s styled bar, complete with a rocket cocktail shaker. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Palm Springs!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this spectacular home! The pool and outdoor area were very spacious for us and perfect for spending all day outside. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean when we arrived. We also cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The host is extremely quick to respond to messages. When we had what we thought was a maintenance issue, they sent someone out to take a look within minutes. I will definitely consider staying here again next time Im in Palm Springs!!

Exceptional house and impeccable service from the team. The house is just as pictured if not even better. It is equipped with everything and I mean everything you need for your stay. Cleanliness is my top priority and this house did not disappoint. The spa and outdoor bathroom, which were not mentioned, are a definite plus. Who knew the spa would be so enjoyable even with the Palm Springs heat. The pool with its water feature is perfect for my family of 6. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. My family had a wonderful and memorable time!! We will definitely be booking with the poolside team again.

I will stay at any property managed by Poolside Vacation Rentals!

This particular property is stunning. The pictures do not show the built-in spa connected to the pool or the pool tanning shelf, and the pool is salt-water - all huge pluses for us. The kitchen is for cooking and entertaining - with all the high-end accoutrements you need. So often, I stay at Airbnb's and can tell that owners/managers treat the property as a rental for those who they do not know or will ever meet. This property did not have that feel. Rather, it felt like a close friend left all of their posh amenities, accessories, electronics, and kitchen gadgets for my family and I to use and enjoy. I felt trusted and cared for - we were even able to us the garage to park our car and escape the heat. When we had a minor issue with the water feature in the pool - an attendant arrived quickly and it was fixed! The next day we received a hand-delivered, delicious red velvet cake from a Poolside employee as a "sorry for the inconvenience." We were so pleasantly surprised. We already loved the home - and now we love Poolside too. We cannot wait to return.

Wow!! Thank you guys. This home's owners should know that you guys went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and knew about all of the amenities and knew how to take care of the home.

My sister and I booked this rental to stay at with our husbands and my two kids, aged 7. We mostly wanted a sunny getaway with a lot of pool time. We have stayed in PS before in other Air BNBs and this house takes the top prize: The pool area is awesome - Looking forward to them adding pictures of the spa tub and sunbathe deck that are not in the listing - which is nuts because what a selling point!! With two little kids, I LOVE that the whole pool side of the house opens up with a large slideaway door in the living room and another slider in the dining room. The dining area, kitchen, and outdoor table are all in the same area, making dinner set up and clean up super easy, and set away from the pool so you aren't eating right next to the pool area. The bedrooms are wonderfully quiet and cool - the AC really works well in this part of the house. The one thing they could use is maybe a darker shade in the master. Fine for me as I wake up early but if you like to have your room dark, pick the other bedroom. The rooms are all a fantastic size, so even with other adults, no one will feel like they are in the kids' room. Electronics are well appointed. I could see if we had younger kids, you would maybe want to do a baby proofing sweep. But my kids were good about not touching some of the fancy items set around the house, and the art is all so gorgeous - really elevates the experience. We really enjoyed having the slider open all weekend - it was about max 100 and it never felt too hot - the breeze kept that room cool, and we would shut the doors to the bedrooms to keep them cool. The firepit is a really nice touch too! We enjoyed star gazing every night. The grill is new and impeccably clean. And everything runs on a gas line!! Pool floats and noodles in the garage were perfect! The only complaint my one daughter had - we have stayed in other homes that had more family games to explore. We brought some but a few would go a long way. We played a lot of tic tac toe lol If you have kids, bring a step stool for the bathrooms as they both have the top counter bowl sinks. 1.5 miles to the main drag of Palm Springs, a few close grocery stores too. VERY QUIET despite being near the airport. We had a GREAT meal at Loco Charlies nearby. Poolside Vacation Rentals contacted us and made us feel very welcome to ask them anything, and even stopped by to drop off a treat! What service! The owners should know their management company is TOP NOTCH - we've stayed in many AirBnBs before and never had such doting service. This place is CLEAN. No sign at all of wear. And a fully stocked kitchen and tons of supplies. We didn't even touch our bag of cleaning products/paper supplies we always bring with us to every rental stay. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!! We will probably book this house again and again! What a wonderful, relaxing getaway!

House was really cute and clean! My girls really had a great time and loved the home and how easy it was to access the pool! We definitely will return!

The house is exactly as posted! We loved how easy it was to access the pool and how there was a outside bathroom so we didnt have to worry about getting the house wet! Will definitely recommend the house to others and will be back!

The home was perfect! We had 5 guests and there was plenty of space and perfect location! Less than 10 minutes from downtown and hiking trails. I would 100% stay here again or any other Poolside Vacation rental!

Excellent accommodations! Classic Palm Springs with great design and attention to details. Hosts were extremely responsive and place is beautifully maintained. Quiet neighborhood but central to everything. Backyard and pool will become your private resort. Enjoy.

Stayed at this home to celebrate my friends 50th. We have stayed at many homes in Palm Springs over the years, and this spot is by far our favorite. We lived by the pool and loved the indoor/ outdoor living provided by the nano style doors facing the backyard oasis. A little farther out than we typically stay but it was worth it. The pool was in the sun almost ALL day! Also, the property management company was wonderful. We will definitely book here for our next visit.

We had a truly wonderful stay. Pool and spa combo were fun for my whole family. The pool remote was easy to use. The house was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We were even given some bottled water and snacks. They truly did think of everything. We'd love to stay again sometime!

Wow!!!! Walking into the house, was incredible. Huge glass sliding door leading to the backyard with the view of the pool and spa. Lounge chairs, outdoor seating, everything you need to hangout by the pool, perfect to celebrate my bestie's bachelorette weekend! Very modern, colorful decor, had everything we needed. Great amenities and it was comfortable for the 6 of us. Washer and dryer available though we didn't need it. Great location, we were pretty close to everything we wanted to do, lots of good food around as well. HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Perfect desert escape with all the amenities we could ask for! The salt water pool and hot tub were unbeatable, the fireplace outside was awesome to sit by for star gazing, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rest of the house has everything we needed for the best desert getaway. Highly recommend this gem tucked into a sweet neighborhood outside of the hustle.

Cant recommend this home enough! We traveled with our two kids, age 1 and 4 and had a fantastic time. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, clean and warm (we paid for heating). So nice to have the sliding glass doors to see the pool from the living room. The fire pit and fireplace were both hooked up to the gas line and gave great heat. The beds, though extra soft, were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Shades didnt provide a lot of protection from sunlight but we were up early anyway. The home is beautifully designed with guests in mind and just enough decor without any clutter. Tons of privacy. While not specifically geared for kids, it was very comfortable for our family. Kitchen was well stocked but bring your own coffee grinder if thats your thing. The home is on a really pretty roadgreat for walks or jogs and a short drive to town. Wed come back here in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation.

Great location. Great home layout. Quick and on-point support from Justin and Nate. The added bonus of an outside bathroom meant not tracking pool water throughout the house! Next time we are making smores at the fire pit.
