The Casita or third bedroom is truly a private space for those looking to escape, but also for those wanting to entertain as well. The Casita features a large pool table, smart television, ceiling fans, kitchenette, a spectacular Kimball Baby Grand Piano, and its own bedroom with a private en suite bathroom.

Also enjoy nearby Joshua Tree National Park (an extraordinary national park set in the desert). Theme parks within a two-hour drive include Disneyland (in Anaheim) and Sea World (in San Diego).

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city’s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. We are locally owned and operated and look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $49 nightly or $245 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

I cant say enough good things about this place. Ive rented many places in Palm Springs but hands down this was my favourite. Close enough to the main town that you can walk there in 20 minutes or a very quick Uber, plus some other restaurants and amenities within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Peaceful and very private garden with a brilliant pool and hot tub. The fact that the third bedroom is in its own Casita makes it great if one of your party wants a bit more privacy and the place was spotless, beautifully, decorated, and well stocked.

Pictures (already impressive...) don't do this place justice. It's massive, the detailed decor in every room, hallway, wall, corner makes you feel totally immersed in Palm Springs vibes. The separate Casita is really that - totally separate with its own patio out the back. Kitchen has everything you could need along with some top notch appliances (grab some oranges and try out the smeg juicer!!). The spa warms up in less than the advertised time (about 5-10 mins for us) and the jets are super strong. Absolutely amazing, you should stay here.

The Nancy was hands down the most perfect home for our family's spring break vacation. It is walking distance to great shops and restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive. 4 miles to Indian Canyon for amazing hikes. 7 miles to Palm Springs Ariel Tramway. Easy to do a lot in a short amount of time. Even better was the home itself. Kitchen full of everything you need, pool table and piano offered a lot of fun! The pool and outdoor area was incredible. Lots of space to eat and relax, and beautiful to look at. We brought our pup, and the trail across the street made walks super easy and fun. We will definitely stay at the Nancy again.
