Walking inside, you’ll find a spacious, classic Palm Springs style ranch home. The large living room features marvelous, comfortable furniture with enough seating for a party of eight. A bright and colorful flat screen smart TV is the star of the room as it is the perfect reason to enjoy a movie night with your guests and family.

At nearly 3,200 sq. feet, this home just gets better and better. There are dual master bedrooms with en-suites, two additional bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a media room with a fold out couch and amazing open-air indoor shower! Each bedroom has its own private patio area, while the south facing resort style pool offers breathtaking mountain views and an abundance of privacy.

A covered and oversized outdoor veranda features a lovely fireplace and a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen complete with a grill, 4-burner stove, full-sized sink, refrigerator and built-in wine cabinets. There are many additional amenities in this beautiful space such as cornhole, table-tennis, ladderball and a plethora of board games to choose from. It truly is the ideal spot to lounge under the sun while tucked away in the privacy of Vista Las Palmas.

Vista Las Palmas is a stunning neighborhood filled with lovely, restored Mid-Century homes. Their modernist designs create seamless indoor/outdoor spaces and a casual lifestyle which takes advantage of the crisp, dry desert climate and soaring mountain views. The homes represent the iconic examples of mid-century architecture and were designed by world famous architects of that era.

These homes have stunning, meticulously designed additions which respect the integrity of the original architecture. Many have been highlighted in TV commercials, movie scenes, photo spreads in architecture magazines and TV documentaries about mid-century architecture.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
