The completely walled compound is for your privacy, the lovely setting features an optional heated pool and spa, lounge chairs, conversational seating, fire pit, mountain views, cabana style daybed, large propane bbq grill, al fresco dining, and two hammocks.
The best part is the truly spectacular desert renderings you’ll find inside the house - your photo opportunity awaits! It has all the amenities you want on vacation - it’s the perfect place for living the Palm Springs Lifestyle!
Each of the three dedicated bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, smart televisions, ceiling fans, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed and an en-suite bath with direct access out to the pool. The two dedicated guest rooms are located outside the Primary and share the hand painted hallway bathroom.
The newly remodeled living room and kitchen will provide you and your guests with ample space for entertaining – and the newly tiled fireplace is a great addition for those cooler nights. The kitchen has been stocked with everything you should need to prepare a quick snack, or perhaps a feast for all to enjoy.
Perfectly situated at the end of a quiet Palm Springs Cul De Sac. This Hugh Kaptur-designed, Desert Dorado home, is in the Vista Norte neighborhood. Curb appeal abounds here as you approach the home. Smooth coated stucco, fresh paint, and the modern garage door all offer the perfect amount of pop for this desert abode. You’ll be a just a short 2.3 mile drive from downtown Palm Springs and all the restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, the casino, convention center, cabarets, and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $99 nightly or $594 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

The house itself was immaculately clean with plenty of storage for our suitcases so we never felt like we were living out of our bags. Having this kind of storage in the bedrooms and kitchen made staying in a house with a group of friends so much more comfortable than other listings where the house is cute, but there is no room to live in it. Poolside Rentals clearly puts a ton of thought into their houses and it shows!

Search no more, this is the Place! This house is one of the loveliest most well appointed rentals we have stayed in anywhere. It feels like a cozy home with the cleanliness and attention to detail of a high end hotel. Many artful design elements and amenities keep it feeling modern and the cozy beds, gas fireplace and pool is the perfect desert getaway. The extras including snacks, a well stocked kitchen with spices, and fun games, made our stay easy and relaxing. We really enjoyed time in the pool and the quiet neighborhood. I researched several rentals and could tell from the reviews this property was going to be excellent. We will definitely be back.

Our family recently stayed for a week at this home and had a great time. The house is perfect for families! Its clean, well stocked kitchen, large yard with some privacy. We loved that it was well-furnished without being cluttered and had limited surface decor. We prefer it that way with our toddlers as it limits accidents and damage. If youre traveling with small children or simply want a quiet home away from home, I definitely recommend it!

The Poolside teams communication was outstanding throughout - very proactive in providing house info, accommodative to a few minor requests, and timely with any responses.

The place was great. We look for certain key amenities and this place met the description. Good location minutes from airport and downtown P.S., extremely quiet street, nicely updated home, great bedrooms with TVs, nice open kitchen with all necessary amenities, easy access to pool from 3 areas of home, heated large conventional shaped pool with hot tub, nice outdoor seating areas for eating and poolside relaxing, southern facing exposure to maximize use of pool and sun during day, easy access to laundry in garage. Would definitely recommend the place and will keep on our list for repeat visits for future visits.
